Clean room, friendly staff, the flat-screen TV made relaxing after a long day easy, and the wi-fi allowed me to stay connected while planning my visits, including catching a free concert at the Kennedy Center.

The room had decent height toilets and good parking, which was a small relief. Also, I liked that the bathroom wasn't right in front of the beds, created some privacy.

However, the kitchenette lacked utensils and coffee making facilities, which was disappointing. There was a slight musty odor in the room that could definitely use attention. Also, I noticed some stains on bed linens that raised concerns about cleanliness. I had no issues with the AC. it worked well. Overall, a nice place for the price, but housekeeping could do a better job.

Had an awesome time with friends! Spent our days visiting Ford's Theater and catching up on shows on the flat-screen TV. The hotel's location was great for outdoor adventures like hiking and exploring the nearby Maryland SoccerPlex. Guests should know there are light snacks for breakfast, but overall, it’s a cozy place to stay. Definitely recommend it for group travel.

We did notice some maintenance issues, like peeling bathroom tiles, which was a bit of a bummer during our stay.

the extended stay was situated in a cute area. there’s a top golf right next door and great restaurants like longhorn and a nice mexican place within walking distance. i loved that i could enjoy the friendly atmosphere and take part in local activities like seeing congress sessions nearby.
